What You’ll Need

To complete a title transfer, we require the following:

  • Original title
  • Bill of sale (or notarized equipment lease if leased)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Business registration (if titling under a company)
  • Power of Attorney – required only if there’s a lien on the title (TFIG will provide the POA form for the lienholder to sign)
